Overview 總覽
The JMA upgraded 90W into a tropical storm last night and named it PODUL. The JTWC also assigned it the storm number 32W. PODUL has just made landfall at southern Vietnam. At 8 am, PODUL was centred about 300 km (160 NM) ENE of Ho Chi Minh City.
日本氣象廳昨晚升格 90W 為熱帶風暴，並將其命名為楊柳，而聯合颱風警報中心亦給予該系統風暴編號 32W。楊柳剛於越南南部登陸。在上午 8 時，楊柳集結在胡志明市東北偏東約 300 公里 (160 海里)。

PODUL is the 45th name in the tropical cyclone name list. It was contributed by North Korea, meaning willow. This name was used in 2001 and 2007.
