29W has a fully-exposed low-level circulation centre,
with deep convections displaced towards its western edge. The storm is
in a region with moderate to strong shear, which is offset by decent sea
temperatures and divergence afloat. Nevertheless, 29W is not expected
to intensify much and should weaken into an area of low pressure soon
after landfall.
