3-day Weather Forecast Data as of 16:30 HKT 21/Jun/2024

General Situation: Under the influence of the subtropical ridge, it will be persistently very hot and generally fine over Guangdong in the next couple of days. Meanwhile, a broad trough of low pressure will bring unsettled weather to the central part of the South China Sea. An area of low pressure may also form over the broad trough of low pressure, and will edge closer to the vicinity of Hainan Island to Beibu Wan gradually. Under its combined effect with the subtropical ridge, winds will be fresh and there will be thunderstorms and more showers over the coast of Guangdong early to midweek next week. With the subtropical ridge covering southeastern China again in the latter part of next week, it will be very hot over the region.
